Collected Personal Data

When clients sign the Ceremonies By Mel booking form, this includes the agreement of the use of your data. This may include names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and personal information collated at the venue meeting. 

Purpose of collecting data

All collected data will be used throughout the ceremony process. All data will be kept in a secure location and will remain confidential between Ceremonies by Mel and the client. All information will be kept on file for the duration of the ceremony and will be deleted a year after the ceremony being held. The booking forms and associated invoices will be kept on file for 6 years and will be destroyed after this time.
